Group A looks set to be an interesting match-up, with hosts Qatar facing off against Ecuador, Senegal and the Netherlands. The quarter-finals will be played on 9 and 10 December, with the semi-finals on 13 and 14 December. The play-off for the third place will unfold on 17 December, one day before the final.
The first two rounds of group stage games will take place at 13.00, 16.00, 17.00 and 22.00 local time. The last round of group games and the knockout matches will take place at 18.00 and 22.00 local time. The final, on December 18, is at 18.00 local time.
Brazil is the favourite to win the World Cup this fall at +450. Defending World Cup champion France is at +550 along with Euro 2020 runners-up England. Brazil's status as the favourite is boosted by a relatively weak Group G.
